WHAT IS PHYSIE?
Physie (Physical Culture) is a uniquely Australian sport that blends dance, fitness, strength, flexibility and posture.
At The Heights Physie, we focus on building confidence, resilience and a strong sense of belonging — in a supportive and encouraging environment for all abilities.
Classes for every stage
Kids
4 - 12 years
Fun, energetic classes that build coordination, confidence and strength.
Teens
13 - 16 years
Supportive classes focused on fitness, confidence and self-belief during important growth years.
Ladies
18+ years
Welcoming, empowering classes focused on strength, posture and confidence — no dance experience required.
Seniors
17+ years
With a focus on technique, strength and performance quality, this class supports confident, motivated dancers in a positive and encouraging environment - previous physie or dance experience not required, however, preferred
